Minus Plus

This plastic sheet from TRAVELER'S COMPANY carries the 2027 diary theme, "Every TRAVELER'S notebook is unique and that's wonderful," across its front in teal, cream, and red panels. Little scenes celebrate the different ways people keep a notebook, from Music Lover's and Coffee Lover's badges to Outdoor Lover's and Stamp Lover's icons, each rendered like a vintage sticker sheet.

Slipped behind the page you're writing on, it gives you a firm surface to write against even when there's no table nearby, and its stiff edge doubles as a straight-edge for drawing lines. Flip it to the plain cream side and you'll find a 5 mm grid with a 20 cm ruler scale, handy for measuring or laying out a page, and it works just as well tucked in as a bookmark.
