Shipping Methods

 

Shipping is determined when you place your order using USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will determine the method and speed of your shipment during check out. We ship orders Monday-Friday. Items that may be damaged by extreme heat/cold may be held to send early in the week to avoid damages.

Returns & Exchanges

Paper and Grace is happy to work with you on a return or exchange of goods. Products must be returned in a new, sellable condition, including all packaging and product inserts. We do not cover return shipping for products which are not defective. Upon reception and inspection of the goods back in our store, a refund will be issued based upon their condition.
