A new baby calls for something tender with a bit of a grin, and this card from Paper Wolf Design finds exactly that balance. Two tall emperor penguins bow close together over a soft gray chick, rendered in gentle black, white, and warm gold, while the line "Let the snuggles penguin" turns the huddled little family into a sweet pun worth sending. Lara Bremer, who founded the company in Upstate New York, draws each design using digital paint brushes to create a watercolor effect, and that soft-edged warmth comes through in every feather here. It is a small, happy nudge of congratulations for parents settling into their own version of cozy.
