Six woodland tags by Fee Greening, each one a tiny scene drawn in her signature dip pen and ink style: a sleeping fox with a bird on its back, a crescent moon with a sleepy face, a winged stag, a unicorn, a hedgehog curled among harebells, and a rabbit tucked beneath wild flowers.
Each tag comes punched with a hole and threaded with grey twine, ready to tie straight onto a wrapped gift or stocking. The thick card holds its shape well, so the tags double as small keepsakes long after the paper has been unwrapped.
Fee Greening works in dip pen and ink, drawing on medieval, gothic and Flemish art for her detailed, story-filled illustrations, and that same careful linework carries through to this set.
