The warmth of a single tealight sets this little carousel turning, its gold swans swinging gently in pairs beneath a pinwheel top crowned with a slender flower. Art Deco in spirit, the silhouettes are cut with the delicate feather and wing detail that gives the design its grace, and the motion is slow and quiet rather than showy.
Pluto Design has been shaping Scandinavian interior pieces out of Gothenburg since the start in 1996, and tealight spinners like this one are something of a house specialty, made in many motifs to suit different tastes and seasons.
It works equally well as a small gift or a quiet addition to your own mantel or table, lit whenever you want a bit of movement and glow in the room.
