A birthday wish gets a prehistoric upgrade here, with a stegosaurus decked out in striped party hats from nose to tail, dubbed "Partysaurus Maximus" in a cheerful hand-lettered script below. Designed by E. Frances Paper, a studio founded in 2013 by two sisters and a cousin working out of a renovated car garage in Newport, Rhode Island, the card begins as an original watercolor painting before it is printed in bright color on heavyweight paper. Flip it over for a second small illustration of a party blower tucked in the corner, a nice bit of extra charm before this one heads off to make someone's birthday a little sillier.
