Designed by John Derian, this coloring book draws on his archive of antique botanical prints, pairing twenty richly colored florals with their own blank outlines to fill in by hand. Roses, blossoms, and buds appear first as Derian originally rendered them in full color, then again as line art ready for pencils, markers, or watercolors.
Derian has spent decades working with the kind of antique floral imagery that fills these pages. John Derian Company has been making decoupage since 1989, and John's decoupage is handmade in his studio in New York City, where the same vintage prints and botanical studies he collects have become his signature material.
