By Talla Imports, this tall taper spirals upward in deep red wax before tapering into a round base painted with Santa's rosy, bearded face. The twist is hand-dipped, so no two candles spiral quite the same way, and the wick sits ready to light for a quick dose of old-world Christmas cheer.
Talla Imports is a Scandinavian-leaning import house whose proprietor, Karl Rasmussen, begins where his ancestors left off, in small European villages, and Talla's buyers seek out objects of beauty created with love and intent. That same eye for charm and craft shows up in a candle meant as much for burning as for setting out on a mantel or holiday table.
Light it for an evening and let the spiral burn down, or simply display it unlit as a cheerful bit of seasonal color near other Christmas pieces.
